Aneta Siedlecka –President of the Supervisory Board
Aneta Siedlecka was appointed President of the Supervisory Board on the basis of Resolution No. 15 of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of 16 October 2018. The term of office expires on the day the General Meeting approves the Company’s financial statements for 2022.
Aneta Siedlecka holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at Łazarski University in Warsaw. Aneta Siedlecka has 15 years of experience in financial controlling in such companies as Inter Cars S.A. and Robert Bosch Sp. z o.o. During her professional career she was also responsible for investor relations of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect. In addition, she is responsible for controlling in the 4fan Media S.A. Capital Group and runs her own company which provides accounting services.
Marcin Wardaszko – Member of the Supervisory Board
Marcin Wardaszko was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board on the basis of Resolution No. 18 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of 18 June 2021.
Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Quantitative Methods & Information Technology, Director of MBA for IT at Kozminski University and Adjunct Professor at University of Applied Science Vorarlberg. Riva Solution GmbH representative and master trainer in Poland and East Asia. Collaborating Partner at HCD Learning Ltd, Shanghai, China. Expert on DGBL at Ministry of Digitalization and National Research Institute of the Republic of Poland. Since 2003 trainer and developer of simulation games and gamification systems for education, business, and consulting. Author of many publications on games-based learning and serious game design. Passionate game designer, author, and co-author of around 60 scientific publications. Fellow at Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning and President of International Simulation and Gaming Association (2019-2020) and Member of SAGSAGA. Laureate of the CEEMAN 2019 Champion in Teaching Award for innovative VR game-based learning program. He is actively teaching, researching, and publishing on the field of games and gaming for learning, teaching, and engaging people. An enthusiastic supporter of games and gamification and a member of the gamification experts network, he believes that games and gamification will change how we learn and work.
Michał Gembicki – Member of the Supervisory Board
Michal Gembicki was appointed to the Issuer’s Board of Directors by the Company’s founders on the basis of the Company’s Deed of Incorporation dated November 23, 2017.
Michal Gembicki holds a university degree. In 2002, he graduated with a master’s degree and an engineering degree from the Private School of Business and Administration in Warsaw, as well as a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. From 2006 to 2019, he held the position of manager at CD Projekt SA and CDP SP. z o.o.. He is a member of the Association of Entertainment Software Entrepreneurs and Distributors and the Indie Games Poland Foundation.
Paweł Wesołowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Paweł Wesołowski is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering. He has many years of experience in management, supervision and quality control of complex investment and construction processes. Since 2017 he has been running PWR Budownictwo sp. z o.o., a company providing due diligence and technical diligence services, among others.
Marek Trojanowicz- Member of the Supervisory Board
Marek Trojanowicz currently serves as CTO in the med-tech company BrainScan sp. z o.o., co-founder and shareholder in EduSense SA a company in the robotics and education industry, co-founder and shareholder in CTA sp. z o.o. – pioneer of VR and AR technology in entertainment, training and medical applications. Founder and shareholder in Professor Why SA producer of educational software for children and young people , co-founder of InteliWISE SA, specializing in automation of HelpDesk solutions and intelligent Chatbots.
In the past, he was involved with the Wirtualna Polska portal and the Optimus Nexus publishing house. He graduated from the Gdańsk University of Technology, majoring in computer science, and holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Rzeszow.
