Michał Gembicki – Member of the Board

Michał Gembicki was appointed to the Issuer’s Management Board by the Company’s founders pursuant to the Company’s Deed of Incorporation dated 23 November 2017. Michał Gembicki’s four-year term of office expires on the date of approval by the General Meeting of the Company’s financial statements for 2021.

Description of qualifications and professional experience:

Michał Gembicki holds a university degree. He graduated in 2002 with a Master of Science and Engineering degree from the Private School of Business and Administration in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Robert Wesołowski’s four-year term of office expires on the date of approval by the General Meeting of the Company’s financial statements for 2021.

Description of qualifications and professional experience:

Robert Wesołowski holds a university degree, having graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management of the Wrocław University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in Financial Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
