I co-founded Klabater in 2016 and became sole President of the Board in 2022, taking full operational control during one of the hardest periods in the gaming market. We restored profitability, restructured costs, and focused on console porting — a segment that by 2023 accounted for more than half of total revenue. We secured a strategic investor and repositioned the business for its next chapter.

Before assuming sole control, I led the company’s corporate and capital market operations from day one — overseeing investor relations, share issuances, the process of listing on NewConnect, and all governance required of a public company. I also served as producer on Moonshine Inc., one of our own titles.

Before Klabater, I spent over a decade at CD Projekt Group — joining in 2004 and working my way through finance from specialist to Director of Finance before becoming CFO, responsible for group-level financial management. My remit covered finance, logistics, IT and operations. I was part of the teams that built and scaled the group’s operational infrastructure: a Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP deployment recognised as one of the fastest of its kind in Poland at the time; automated sales planning and budgeting across thousands of SKUs; and the CDP.pl e-commerce platform, which grew to over 40,000 products. The logistical ambition behind that platform was perhaps best illustrated during the 2015 launch of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, when CDP.pl made copies available for collection from 1,300 InPost parcel locker locations from 11 PM on launch night. I concluded my time at CD Projekt by negotiating and finalizing the management buyout of the group’s distribution subsidiary — the transaction that set the foundation for independent entrepreneurship.

I never lose my ground under pressure. I’ve built my career solving problems that don’t have easy answers.
