| Report content: | The Executive Board of Klabater S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs about the conclusion on February 26, 2020 of the contract with Punch Punk S.A. (“Licensor”) (hereinafter jointly “the Parties”), wherein have been set the rules according to which the Licensor will create and grant the Issuer a license to release the game “This is the Zodiac Speaking” in the PC version, distribute, sell and promote it, as well as the rules for the release and distribution of the Game in versions for the console platforms Microsoft Xbox One, Sony PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch.
The above-mentioned agreement specifies the schedule of the milestones guaranteed by the Licensor, mutual obligations of the Parties in connection with the licenses granted, as well as basic terms and conditions of distribution, as well as the Licensor’s remuneration. According to the above-mentioned agreement, the Issuer commits to adapting the game for the console platforms Microsoft Xbox One, Sony PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch. The above-mentioned agreement has been concluded for a period of five years, after which the above-mentioned contract will be extended for an indefinite period. |
