| Report content: | The Executive Board of Klabater S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs about the conclusion on October 4, 2019 with Digital Bards S.A. (“Licensee”) of the agreement under which the Issuer granted the Licensee a five-year license to publish, distribute, sell and promote the game “Golazo!” (“Game”). The license has been granted for the Nintendo Switch platform made available in Japan. This. agreement also grants the right to sub-license the Game to the local representative of the Licensee in Japan – Teyon Japan G.K.
The game was presented in the Issuer’s information document of September 13, 2019 under the working title “90s Football Stars”. Golazo! game takes the wonderful atmosphere of football games from the 90s, but the retro atmosphere is presented in a modern style worthy of 2019. Matches are played on small fields, and the referees completely turn a blind eye to such insignificant details as fouls or offside. What counts is pure fun, which even spills out of the screen during fierce duels between 7 players. The Issuer’s Executive Board decided to publish the above information due to the fact that the conclusion of the above agreement may have a significant impact on the Issuer’s financial result in 2019 and subsequent years. |
