| Report content: | The Executive Board of Klabater S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), with reference to the information contained in the information document of 13 September 2019 about the “Circus” project informs about the commencement of cooperation with Juggler Games sp. z o.o., an independent Polish development studio based in Warsaw (“Developer”) to create a game with the working title “Circus” (working name) (“Game”).
The game will be developed based on the Issuer’s original idea. The developer will be responsible for creating the game in accordance with the specifications provided by the Issuer. After completing work on each of the stages of creating the Game, the Developer will be obliged to transfer all property copyrights to the Company. The Company intends to independently release and launch the Game for sale in Q1 2021. The terms of cooperation with the Developer do not differ from the standard used in the industry. In addition, the Developer will be entitled to additional remuneration in the form of a percentage determined by the Company and the Developer on revenues from the sale of the Game. The Issuer decided to publish this report due to the possible impact on the economic situation and financial result of the Issuer in the future. |
